The location is fantastic. The Arena and various shops are within a short walk. The room I had included updated decor and a modern bathroom. Public transportation is convenient. A bus connects the airport to the train station with hop-on-hop-off access near the hotel.
The soundproofing could be improved slightly. Street noise was occasionally noticeable.

The hotel has a perfect location for exploring the city by foot. The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful with directions (they even provided a map). Breakfast was a good start to the day before sightseeing. Parking was available, a big plus since I arrived by car.
The room was quite small. I found it a little difficult to manage my luggage.

I enjoyed the perfect location. It is just a few feet from the Arena and main piazza. The room had everything I needed, a comfortable bed plus a large bathroom, kept clean and bright. I especially liked the perfume of the soap. The staff is very kind and friendly. I felt very welcome. I will come back for sure!
The breakfast room had a low ceiling and no windows, and it felt cold.
